About attorney Joshua Martin

Joshua graduated from Poca High School in Putnam County, WV. He then went on to graduate from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics in May of 2002.

Joshua received his law degree from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, VA. He graduated in the top 30% of his class, was named to the Dean's List and was a member of the Democratic Law Society. After graduating in 2008, Martin returned to his home state of West Virginia to begin his law career.

Joshua began his law career with the West Virginia Attorney General's Office where he worked for the Consumer Protection, Civil Rights and Workers' Compensation offices. Joshua has worked with some of the most prestigious lawyers in the Kanawha Valley in the fields of medical malpractice, auto accidents, personal injury and workers' compensation. He has years of trial experience with car accident and collision claims, workplace injuries and other personal injuries.
